How do I put the earplugs in?
Gently pull the top of your ear up and back, then ease the earplug in until it feels snug and sealed. It shouldn't hurt; if it does, take it out and try again more gently.
How do I clean my earplugs?
Rinse with lukewarm water and a little mild soap, then let them air-dry fully before storing or wearing again.
Can I sleep in the earplugs?
Yes. They're soft and low-profile, so most people find them comfortable through the night.
